Urbandale Iowa-  U18 Forward Mark Sousa (North Andover, MA) has signed a NAHL Tender Agreements with the Kenai River Brown Bears.  Mark is the 6th player this season off the Iowa Wild AAA U18 to sign a Tender Agreement in North American Hockey League.  

 "I cannot begin to express how excited I am to sign a tender with such an awesome organization in Kenai.  This would not have been possible without the on and off ice support the Iowa Wild AAA and Coach Sova have provided me.  The Iowa Wild have changed my life and I am beyond grateful, GO BROWN BEARS" says sousa.  

When asking Coach Nick Sova about his thoughts on Mark, "Mark has bought into everything that has been asked of him this season.  A true pleasure to coach on and off the ice.  Another example of a player trusting the process and being rewarded.  I couldn't be happier for Mark starting his junior hockey career with the same organization that gave me my start in coaching.  Congratulations Mark."
